Deposit & Payment Schedule

An initial deposit that covers the first month’s tuition is due at registration. After that, tuition will be automatically charged for the following month on the final day of each month month (*beginning July 31). Tuition is billed in equal installments with the final installment being billed April 30.

Failed tuition payments will be retried automatically and may be processed as a one-time payment.

We do not accept cancellations with a last day of attendance that falls after April 1st. By attending April 1st or later, you agree to pay the remaining final installments.

Installments are not determined by month or days of attendance in a month.

No refunds on deposits and/or tuition payments will be offered.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Since we charge one month ahead, withdrawals must be requested in writing 31 days prior to the last day of attendance. No refunds are offered on AU deposits or tuition payments. 


Camps & Classes

Cancellations, Credits, Refunds

Cancellations are accepted up until 14 days prior to the start date. Credits are available in full and do not expire. Refunds have a $50 fee per item applied. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
